Guarantors (if used): Must be employed, own and live in a home in England, and pass a credit check. Two joint guarantors accepted if needed. Payments: Students with guarantor/sponsorship: Monthly Students without: Full year upfront Professionals meeting checks: Monthly Professionals not meeting checks: Full rent upfront Please note that we do not offer 6 month tenancies. 12 months is the minimum tenancy we offer
